The fuel gas vertical pressure regulating valve takes off and shuts off. The main alarm information of the burner controller is as follows:
Mixing head servo motor position error
The fuel gas pressure is lower than the minimum set value set by the burner
The data of channel A and channel B of hybrid head servo motor are inconsistent (the output is inconsistent with the feedback)
Reason analysis:
The pull rod of the mixing chamber of the heat conduction oil furnace was not reloaded according to the original position, and the servo motor of the mixing head was connected with the connecting rod in a deviation, resulting in the air duct
The action is not in place, and the output of the mixing head servo motor is not consistent with the feedback, resulting in an alarm shutdown;
(2) fuel gas self-operated regulating valve set pressure is too small, resulting in an alarm stop furnace.
Treatment:
According to the alarm content, check whether all parts of the heat-conducting oil furnace are in good condition successively:
The pressure of the self-operated regulating valve before the filter and after the valve is normal;
(2) whether the screw is loose;
Secondary air servo motor operation is normal;
(4) whether the mixed air duct is stuck;
