Inspection method:

 

When the gas-fired heat-conducting oil boiler is running to ignition, the ignition solenoid valve terminal is measured to have 220V voltage, and the circuit problem is eliminated.After removing the ignition solenoid valve of the gas-fired heat-conducting oil boiler, the solenoid valve will return to action after energizing. The valve core can be visually opened to force the main valve bypass solenoid valve to open, the ignition gas is normal, and the possibility of fault of the gas-fired heat-conducting oil boiler and ignition solenoid valve can be eliminated.

 

(2) ignition of gas-fired heat-conducting oil boiler

 

Check the ignition electrode of the burner of gas-fired heat-conducting oil boiler and check whether the control line is intact;Whether the ignition electrode probe is sensitive.

 

Inspection method: when the furnace of gas-fired heat-conducting oil boiler runs to ignition, there is 220V voltage at the wiring terminal of ignition electrode. After the burner is removed, the wiring terminal of ignition electrode is normal to the wiring of ignition electrode.Observe carefully the ignition electrode and flame detector probe of gas-fired heat-conducting oil boiler have some scaling on them, and use the multimeter to measure the serious breakage of the probe. Therefore, it can be concluded that the reason for the non-ignition of the furnace is that the ignition electrode is scaling and the ignition signal is not available.

9. The air outlet of oil storage tank shall be connected to the safe area.

 

10. The first heating rate must follow the heating curve.
