2. When the pressure difference of thermal oil furnace is unstable, it shall not be put into use.

 

3. If the steam and water in the oil are not completely removed, it is impossible for the thermal oil furnace to heat normally, which is the most basic requirement for the thermal oil phase forced circulation heating.

 

4. When the heat-conducting oil furnace is stopped, the oil temperature should drop below 100℃, and the hot oil pump can be stopped.

6. Ensure good circulation of thermal oil at high temperature.

 

7. When working normally, the heat conduction oil in the expansion tank of the heat conduction oil furnace should be kept at the position of 1/3, and the heat conduction oil in the oil storage tank should be at a low level.

 

8. Oil shall be injected into the mechanical lubrication points of each heat-conducting oil furnace according to the provisions.

 

9. The oil output temperature shall not exceed the allowable operating temperature of thermal oil.

 

10. When the heat-conducting oil furnace is stopped in an emergency, the furnace chamber shall not be flushed with water.

 

11. Different types of thermal oil shall not be mixed.

 

12. The first heating speed must follow the heating curve of thermal oil furnace.

 

13. The operating account of thermal oil furnace equipment shall be established.
