2. Normal operation the thermal oil furnace must be put into normal operation after the completion of cold and hot debugging and acceptance:

 

(1) preparation:

 

Before the heat conduction oil furnace is opened, it is necessary to carefully check the shift record, check whether all the equipment of the heat conduction oil furnace system is in good condition, check the fuel supply, and adjust the opening degree of relevant valves of the heating system and combustion system according to the technological requirements.

 

(2) startup:

 

When the preparatory work is ready, the following operations can be performed:

 

1. Connect the heat conduction oil furnace power supply, start the hot oil circulating pump, observe and record whether the pressure, temperature and other relevant parameters are normal.

 

2. Set the upper and lower limits of the control instrument for digital display of oil temperature at the inlet and outlet, and the upper and lower limits of the pressure gauge for the thermal oil-electric contact at the inlet and outlet.

 

3. Press the start button of the burner of the thermal oil furnace to conduct ignition operation, observe whether the heating process from the purge indication to the ignition is normal, and maintain a certain heating rate of the thermal oil, 30℃ to 50℃ per hour is appropriate.

 

(3) load adjustment:

 

Set thermal oil outlet temperature according to process requirements.The thermal oil furnace control system can automatically track this temperature control point to keep the outlet oil temperature stable at the set point.When the load of the thermal equipment changes, the burner automatically tracks the temperature adjustment signal and controls the throttle opening to ensure the optimal fuel combustion.

 

(4) normal shutdown:

 

When the thermal oil furnace is normally stopped, first close the burner, cut off the fuel supply valve, and stop the combustion.Only when the thermal oil temperature drops below 100℃ can the operation of the hot oil circulating pump be stopped, the main power supply be cut off, and the handover record be made.Special attention should be paid to avoid coking and deterioration of heat conduction fluid due to improper operation during the operation of stopping thermal oil furnace.The pump cannot be stopped when the furnace is stopped. The circulating pump will run until the oil temperature drops below 100℃.The fuel oil (gas) furnace should be monitored within 12 hours of extinguishing to prevent accidents caused by secondary combustion.

 

5. The temperature of the heat carrier in the expansion tank should not be higher than 70℃, whether there is a heat carrier in the oil storage tank, and whether the oil injection pump in the heat conduction oil furnace is normal.

 

6. Whether the pipelines and valves of the heat-conducting oil furnace are leaking or not.
