What are the basic ignition principles of rotary kiln burner?
The ignition of rotary kiln burner shall follow the following basic principles:
1. The fire must be under the outlet end of the burner and in a position where it can directly contact with the fuel;
2. Before the fuel is injected into the burner, the fire must exist and have sustainable combustibility;
3. The interval between the ignition time and the fuel injection time is not easy to be too long;
4. A certain negative pressure pumping force (which will not extinguish the fire) must be formed in the rotary kiln.
5. If one ignition fails, it is forbidden to start the next ignition in a short time or immediately;
6. Try to make the ignition successful once.
Unsuccessful ignition (ignition failure) is common. There are many reasons for failure. Generally, the common ones are: the supply of ignition air source is not smooth, the ignition state is not good, the linkage of the electrical system and the valve position system is abnormal, and the fuel delivery is blocked. At this time, the basic requirements before the next ignition are:
1. The exhaust fan shall replace the gas in the kiln, and the exhaust time shall not be less than 10 minutes;
2. The fuel source is cut off and in the re preparation state;
3. Find out the cause of ignition failure;
4. Return to the ignition procedure.
In this process, it is very important to find out the cause of ignition failure, which is also the key to ensure the success of the next ignition. Pay special attention to safety issues when igniting gas fuel. Remember to ignite first and then send gas!
