Three methods for adjusting the ethanol combustion fan throttle
The throttle for ethanol combustion in boilers mainly adjusts the air intake and serves as the main function of controlling combustion. The damper is used to adjust the air intake into the combustion chamber. It is directly related to the combustion efficiency of the combustion chamber. There are three methods for adjusting the throttle of the ethanol combustion fan in boilers.

  1. Manually adjustable throttle
All single-stage control of ethanol combustion in boilers are using manually adjustable throttle.First, loosen the fixed screw on the throttle, and then adjust the throttle's opening according to the amount of ethanol spray. Make sure that the opening is matched with the amount of auxiliary air and ethanol spray. Finally, tighten the fixed screw.
    2.Servo motor adjustable throttle
The two-stage throttle of ethanol combustion in boilers is a servo motor adjustable throttle. The throttle is controlled by the rotation angle of the servo motor.
  2. Latching and springing throttle
When the throttle does not start or stops, adjust the limit screw on the throttle actuator to control the amount of air required for the first stage of flame combustion. After setting the first stage air intake value, connect the second stage temperature control cable. The ethanol combustion in the boiler will start with a small flame and automatically ignite a second flame approximately 10 seconds later. Now you can enter the time for combustion and air distribution adjustment. This ethanol throttle adjustment method is not only economical, but also greatly prolongs the service life of the ethanol combustion in boilers.
