Currently, more than 95% of burners used in China are imported products, and there is no domestic product that forms a production scale. With the replacement of coal with natural gas, a large number of coal-fired boilers need to be transformed into gas boilers. The design of the breathing hole is so unique. One of the questions is why there is a vent hole at the edge of the upper cover?

The methanol boiler burner is a fully automatic integrated burner with automatic supporting fan, automatic ignition, automatic shutdown protection, automatic air fuel ratio adjustment, and automatic adjustment of combustion conditions according to parameters.
Energy conservation, improve safety performance and product quality, reduce operating labor intensity. At present, the basic use of gas boiler fully automatic electromechanical integration methanol boiler burner basically adopts imported products. There is no report on the use of Chinese methanol boiler burners. Methanol boiler burners can be widely applied in various gas industrial furnaces and gas boilers.
