Several common problems in the use of burners in high-altitude areas
1、 No selection calculation will be conducted.
Due to the fact that fuel gas boiler burners are basically integrated blowers, many manufacturers choose burners to only calculate whether the output power of the burner meets the rated output power of the boiler, without checking the burner, which can overcome the rated output resistance of the boiler, resulting in severe noise vibration during burner operation and poor combustion effect. In this case, operators usually use the method of reducing burner output to barely operate.
Therefore, when calculating the selection of burners in high-altitude areas, it is very important to carefully check the ability of burners to overcome boiler resistance.
2、 Incorrect load regulation.
Due to the relatively high price of natural gas as a fuel, many users, in order to save the use of low-temperature constant supply operation mode similar to coal-fired boilers, operate the burner for a long time with low fire. Due to the characteristics of high-altitude areas, the combustion air volume is 1/K times that of plains, and the theoretical combustion temperature is relatively lower than that of plains. At this time, long-term low load operation will undoubtedly further reduce the exhaust gas temperature. A large amount of condensate water below the dew point temperature will appear, seriously gathering in the rear smoke box, causing rapid corrosion of the boiler and reducing its service life.
Therefore, from the perspectives of fuel conservation, ensuring heating efficiency, and extending equipment service life, using high-temperature intermittent heating is a better choice for burners operating in high-altitude areas.
3、 There is no regular maintenance plan.
As an electromechanical integrated product, any hidden danger in the operation of the burner involves the safety of personnel and equipment's lives and property. Due to the relatively short entry time of burners into China and the lack of professional maintenance personnel, many users no longer inspect and maintain product standards from the installation of burners, resulting in burner operation accidents. With the increase of social ownership, this trend is on the rise.
Therefore, it is necessary for all users to strengthen shift inspection, weekly inspection, monthly maintenance, and quarterly maintenance during the operation of the burner before the mandatory inspection and maintenance regulations for burners are issued by the national regulatory authorities.
