Energy saving



The streamline arc design reduces wind resistance largely and decreases power consumption accordingly. Depending on the open type divided-flow low carbon and low oxygen flame holder and the intelligent NC technology, its fuel efficiency reaches approximately 100%. The downstream bellow design reduces wind resistance largely. Together with the abstract analog frequency, it can save 70% starting power mostly and 40% starting power every year averagely.
The main engine can recycle combustion air below 250℃. The system with combustion supporting air preheating device (i.e. flue gas heat exchanger, etc.) can heat combustion supporting air, so it can improve heat efficiency of the whole system and save energy largely. At different temperature of combustion supporting air, it can save 9-12% (thermal coal furnace) and 2-5% (boiler) fuel.

Environmental protection



EBICO patent technology, including multiple wind and air distribution technology, and central premix technology, can minimize NOx and CO emission. The arc oblique inlet air and frequency control design reduce noise. The flame adjustable technology enables it to be applicable for various of hearth. The environmental-friendly surface treatment prevents products from secondary pollution.

Intelligent

Intelligent program controller, digital manipulator, electronic load regulator, frequency regulator (optional), the supported external communication Modbus485 and Profibus-DP can upload controlled data, realize network communication and remote communication, and form accurate and intelligent central control of EBICO.

Quiet 



The newly developed streamline arc bellow, three-way downstream technology, separation technology, high-end low resistance flame stabilization technology and frequency control technology reduce noise of the burner largely and provide a quiet audio-visual environment.

Compact size



Depending on the drop-shaped bellow, opening design, and mechanical, electrical and modular control skid-mounted design, it is featured in compact size, sufficient output power, low electric power and is convenient for maintenance and installation.

Maintenance



There is a full open type skylight on the frame, which is convenient for maintenance. This quick and efficient maintenance work benefits from the design experience of EBICO integrated modular system.
